I moved to the Tampa-St. Petersburg area in 1993 from Colorado after graduating from the University of Southern Colorado with a B.S. in Psychology.

My career began as a social worker for children and adolescents.  After two years of feeling overstressed, underpaid and overworked, I decided to change my direction of helping people by addressing their physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual needs as a whole.

I attended massage school at the Humanities Center in Pinellas Park and became licensed in July of 1996. I have worked in salons and spas as well as in a chiropractic clinic. With these experiences I feel very blessed to be able to incorporate them in my work.

Through the support of my family, friends, clients and of course God, I was able to open my own practice in January 2001.

Since the start of my career, I have taken my training and education in the health and wellness industry very seriously. I attend several massage and wellness seminars every year to complete my continuing education credits for license renewal for my field. I also constantly study health and wellness products.

I am very committed to my client care and satisfaction. Listening to you and addressing your questions and health needs are a top priority of my business. My goal is to ensure my clients feel comfortable and relaxed with myself and my business.
